1. Use of Services & Account Setup

To place delivery orders, you must provide your name and a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate. Address coordinates collected at checkout are used solely to calculate delivery feasibility.

2. Delivery Constraints & Calculations

Aaswadh Cafe restricts delivery areas based on distance constraints from our kitchen. Our delivery calculations are done using GPS coordinates. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that lie outside our service zone.

3. Loyalty Coins Program

Our app features a digital loyalty wallet:

• **Earnings**: You automatically earn 10% of your subtotal in loyalty coins on successful checkout for orders exceeding ₹100.
• **Redemption**: Loyalty coins can be redeemed at checkout for price discounts.
• **Cash Value**: Loyalty coins have no direct cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited upon request of profile deletion.

4. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled by the customer directly. If the kitchen POS cashier rejects or cancels the order, any loyalty coins spent during checkout will be automatically returned to your profile coin balance balance.

5. Data Erasure & Privacy

Your personal information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request account deletion at any time through our **Data Deletion page**.

6. Changes to Terms

Aaswadh Cafe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our ordering services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
